Stuffed capsicum
This is my second attempt at stuffings. The first one was a photogenic disaster. Tasted fine though. This one tasted good; even picture is close. And I should have baked it instead of steaming it. For the stuffing: Three Onions Chopped fine. 1 TSP each Jeera and Mustard Seeds. Very Finely chopped 5 TBS gram [...]
