From a humble beginning at tonyskitchen.rediffblogs.com, to anthonyskitchen.blogspot.com which was found interesting by some readers I finally move to Bachelorcooking.net.
Bachelor Cooking was started out of my love and passion for cooking. I love gourmet food, but I love home cooked food even more and I always strive to make easier, healthier and tastier food at home. Bachelor Cooking is my journey as an Amateur Chef at home cooking.
Bachelor Cooking is also an attempt to teach rookie cooks [ aptly termed as Bachelors, though you need not be one, and it definitely is not the male counterpart of spinster], the art of cooking simple home made palatable food.
I am myself now married to a Lovely women, who is almost as good as cook as me.
She thinks, she is a better cook. It works out well for me ![]()
It is nice to have variety.
Cooking never tires me though, and I can whip up multiple dishes even after a long day of work. In fact, cooking is how I relax and de-stress. But there is nothing like Home cooked food ready for you when you come back from a long day’s work, through the Traffic. Her job is strictly, 9 to 5, unless she has those dreaded “Duty” (She is a medico), so usually she is home before me on weekdays.
Weekends however still are mine. So now on, This blog will most be updated on Weekends.
