I have never cooked tindora with the besan or gram flour as the receipe calls. However, I have cooked a few other vegetables (including broccoli) with the final touch of besan though not as much as this receipe calls for.
Therefore I would like to make a reccomendation here. Precook the besan prior to adding to the nearly cooked/cooked vegetables. By precook I mean roasted and this is how: In another pan, heat a tablespoon or similar oil and add the besan and stir cook/roast until the besan feels or looks light. Add this roasted besan to the vegetables and stir to coat them. The vegetable peices will bot be all stuck and willnot taste floury.

This is really very helpful for diabetics. But one should take uncook like salad. better to take one or two after brush in morning as soon you wake up. And don't take anything for about 60mts - except plain water. This will help better to control sugar. For This i have no scientific test result, but hope some one wiil try and give their result. simple blood sugar two week report before and after start taking tindora . morning without taking anything but after atleast two hr of tindora taken time. and similar twohrs after meals.
