Sir/Ma’am i did understand the reason why the onoins are browned while making curries. But i have a question in my mind “Why onions brown during frying or whats the process involved in changing of its colour”? Please let me know.I’ll be thakful for your help.

Besides the onios oils
pan and gas to cook what else?
