I love the sound – and looks- of this! Liver is a real favorite of mine, unfortunately I have to either eat it at a restaurant or wait until my family is away.

It has a very earthy tasty taste lol. Yeah it couldbe an acquired taste, but i have acquired it real good lol. Try it.. its a good starter, but only bird liver. i hate mutton liver

@ Priya: I am fond of all good food. and yeah, non-veg food looks good in pictures. LOL.
I will do a write up on Manipuri Food. soon. i am just tryiong to collect english names for many vegetables and fish

wow, the liver fry looks delicious. I think u and VKN are more fond of non vegeterian food, especially sea food could see that in u guy’s recipes. I wonder what is the type of food that u have in Manipur, any speciality. If possible an u post a small write-up of the speciality foods of manipur.
